The newly elected executive council members of the Central Regional Football Association(CRFA) Led by its chairman Mr. Robert Otieku Duncan on June 15, 2020, paid a courtesy call on the Central Regional Minister, Kwamena Duncan (Hon.) at the Regional Coordinating Council in Cape Coast, kick442.com can report.
The meeting which offered the CRFA Exco the opportunity to introduce themselves to the chief executive of the region also discussed a host of issues including how best the two entities could work together to promote football in the region, especially juvenile, district, and women’s football.
The Regional Minister congratulated the CRFA Exco. on their appointment and advised them not to disappoint the people who repost their trust in them.
He also urged them to bring novelty and innovations in all their activities with the practice of fairness and integrity to change the fortunes of Central Region football.
Similarly, he assured them of his support in all their endeavors.
“I pledge that the region including all the Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies will support you to bring back football to the highest pedestal in the Region” he opined.
Hon. Duncan asked the RFA Chairman to knock on his doors anytime when the need is, and he will be available to attend to him.
The RFA Capo thanked the regional minister for his warm reception and promised to work effectively and efficiently with his team to promote the game in the region.
