The National Chambers for Reconciliation and Arbitration (NRL) have ruled in favour of former Union Sportive of Douala employee Bruno Eock II and instructed Union Sportive of Douala to pay the sum of 6 825 000 FCFA to the player.
The Verdict was made public after Tuesday’s hearing. This comes after multiple investigations and presentations of facts from the player’s representative, mostly the SYNAFOC legal team and the club.
The sum of 6 825 000 FCFA is broken down as follows 400 000 FCFA for accumulated unpaid salaries during the players first contract with the club, 1 700 000 FCFA for accumulated unpaid salaries for his second contract, 1 925 000 FCFA for unpaid signing bonus, 350 000FCFA for expenses made by the players family for medical expenses plus additional expenses of 2 350 000 FCFA plus an additional 100 000 FCFA.
Union Sportive of Douala is therefore obliged to respect the above mentioned decision.
Bruno Eock II had a career threatening injury as a Union Sportive of Douala player and was forced to stay out for 2 seasons due before returning in 2018 to play for the club.
In a related development, cases involving Marc Cresus Ngaleba Ndongo and Colombe of Dja plus that pitting Folhe Godstine Junior have been adjourned to August 20th 2019.
