Avion Nkam,PWD of Bamenda and TKC of Yaounde are the 3 clubs fresh from completing their studies in the second tier of Cameroon Football and now have premier league status.

Avion Nkam will make their debut in the LFPC run league one championship just like PWD social club of Bamenda.The “Abakwa boys” are coming back to top flight Football scene for the first time in 15 years.
Legendary TKC of Yaounde are also returning to the top flight for the time since their relegation alongside Njalla Quan Sports Academy in 2014/2015 season.

These 3 new members make it 18 clubs drawn from 6 of the 10 regions of Cameroon.

Cotonsport of Garoua enter the 2019 season as the defending champions of the land after winning the league in style last season but they should know that,since 2015,no club has won the league back to back.

The league which ended last July is expected to begin later this Month per resolutions taken in a meeting between parties involved just over a week ago.
