Tchawa and mates training in the 2018 season

Stade of Melong have re-signed striker Christian Donald Tchawa,25 from Unisport of Bafang.

The club and the player’s ENTOURAGE have agreed a 1 season deal with an option for another season.The player began training with the first team on Friday in Melong.

The forward masterminded the promotion of the club to the top flight in 2016 and had 2 seasons with them in the big time before leaving for Gabon but he has come back barely a season after he left.

Tchawa scored 10 goals for Stade Renard of Melong in the 2018 season, but he left after that season to sign a contract with a second tier club in Gabon. The deal didn’t push through and he came back to Cameroon mid last season.
He finished the season with Unisport of Bafang where he scored 3 goals in 7 games.

The striker who came through the famous Kadji Sports Academy has also played for PWD of Bamenda amonsgt other clubs in the country.

Tchawa and his mates will travel to Kinshasa next week ahead of their first leg CAF Confederation Cup game against DC Motema Pembe of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
