Indomitable of Lions Cameroon and Bayern Munich forward Eric Choupo-Moting scored one of three goals as his German Club picked up a narrow 3-2 win in match-day 29 of the German Bundesliga against Wolfsburg.
Choupo scored the third goal as Bayern Munich picked up three points on the road against a resilient Weder Bremen.
Bayern got off to a flying start in the game as they scored in the opening 15 of the game.
A first-half brace from Jamal Musiala was sandwiched by a 24th minute goal from Choupo-Moting as Bayern cruised to a 3-1 lead in the 37th minute after Wout Weghorst scored for Weder in the 35th minute.
Bayern took the 3-1 lead to the break.
Weder returned for the second segment as the better side multiplying forward moves though the Bayern backline stopped a number of attacking moves.
Maximilian Philipp reduced the deficit for the host to 3-2 in the 54th minute as Bayern struggled to get hold of the rhythm of Weder Bremen.
The game ended on a 3-2 score in favour of the German Bundesliga title holders who returned to winning ways.
Choupo-Moting’s goal was his second in 19 league appearances this term.
The former PSG forward has scored eight goals and provided an assist in 29 games for Bayern Munich Munich this term.
His latest goal is his 47th in 223 Bundesliga games in which he also counts 21 assists.
Bayern have a seven points cushion atop the championship ahead of their match-day 30 league game against Bayern Munich.
