Chipolopolo caretaker coach Aggrey Chiyangi has summoned 24 players for a local camp as part of preparations for the coming 2019 Cosafa Cup to be held in Durban South Africa from May 25 to June 8.
Team manager Desmond M’ngawa released the list to FAZfootball.com and said the team would enter residential camp on Sunday in Lusaka.
The players will break camp on Wednesday to feature for their respective clubs before another camp takes off next Sunday.
Zambia will join the competition at the quarterfinal stage where they will clash with the winner of Group B, which includes Mozambique, 2015 winners Namibia, Malawi and Seychelles.
The four-time Cosafa Cup champions last lifted the trophy in 2013 on home soil.
