The reality of the African Nations Championship to be hosted in Cameroon from January 17 to February 7, 2020, is gradually approaching is dawn. Despite the postponement of its original dates, 2021 Cameroon will host the CHAN for the first time.
In this light, Cameron’s Sports and Physical Education boss Minister Narcisse Moulle Kombi has made it public that the Mascot known as TARA to represent the country during the TOTAL African Nations Championship 2020, will embark on a tour to some cities shortlisted to host the CHAN.
As stipulated by Minister Narcisse Moulle Kombi the tour aims to bring the competition closer to its audience which is in under three weeks.
Yaounde will launch the tour at 11:00 where the the TARA is expected at the Yaounde Multipurpose Sports Complex. He will then move to the littoral region before ending the tour in the South West region.

The Minister who also doubles as the president of the local organising committee COCAN 2020-2021, has called on all to massively welcome this symbol of Nation for the CHAN.
