The coach of the local Syli has made public a list of 30 players to participate at this year’s edition of the Africa Nations Championship, CHAN 2021. The competition is scheduled from January 16 to February 7, 2021, in Cameroon.
Kanfory Lappé Bangoura unveiled this Monday January 4, 2021, the list of selected players who will defend the colours of Guinea in this competition reserved for local players.
Horoya AC leads the number of players called up with a total of 6. This is followed by players from CI Kamsar with 4.
The team is expected to leave Togo where they had a friendly encounter en route to Morocco where they have two friendlies against morocco. Guinea will play the first friendly on January 8, three days later (January 11) another friendly is scheduled between Guinea and Morocco.

It should be noted that Guinea is expected to leave Casablanca on January 13 straight to Cameroon for the Africa Nations Championship. Guinea will play most of its games at the Limbe Omnisport Stadium but for the last group game that they will play at the Bepanda stadium. Guinea’s opening game comes up January 17 and that will be against Namibia.
