The three nations Pre-CHAN 2020 friendlies that were to take place this week in Uganda are facing serious threats of been called off.
The tournament for CHAN 2020 bound trio Uganda, Zambia and Mali is unlikely to go as planned due ti the outbreak of the Coronavirus disease.
Zambia were scheduled to play the first game against the host at the Nambole stadium in Kampala.
As at Sunday, actors were still uncertain about the possibility of having the event as planned.
Sources in Kampala say the event has been postponed to the period between March 24th-28.
Zambia on their part had to take has been in camp at home. The boys of coach Micho are still to travel to Kampala ahead of a friendly against Mali on the 19th.
Mali are also expected to face Uganda on the 21st of this month.
Mali are in pool A of the competition alongside host Cameroon, Burkina Faso and Zimbabwe.
Uganda will face Rwanda, Morocco and Togo in group C while Zambia face Guinea, Namibia and Tanzania in Group D.
The competition is expected to begin on April 4 to 25 in Cameroon.
