The qualifiers for next year’s African Nations Championship (CHAN) in Cameroon is been rounded off and by tomorrow the full instalment of teams should be known.

So far, eight teams have made it to the final of the fifth edition of the Cup of Nations for home base players in Africa.

Three teams from East Africa; Tanzania, Rwanda and Uganda have all made it to the final in Cameroon.

Tanzania made it through after beating South Sudan 2-1 on aggregate while Uganda and Rwanda knocked out Ethiopia and Burundi respectively.

Togo qualified at the expense of their West African brothers, Nigeria after 4-3 aggregate win while Morocco had the better of Algeria and Zambia and Namibia qualified at the expense of Eswatini and Madagascar respectively.

Cameroon as the host nation gets an automatic qualification which makes the teams eight.
