German goalkeeper kits manufacturer Loxo have agreed a long-term deal with 27-year old Cameroonian keeper Haschou Kerrido of Congolese LINAFOOT side Sa Majeste Sanga Balende.
Parties involved reached an agreement last month after the company took the obligation to be the sole kits provider for the ex-PWD of Bamenda shot stopper.
The landmark move is the first for the Cameroon international goalkeeper who is a part of the Intermediate and Senior national teams of Cameroon.
Kerrido has already used the Loxo provided gloves on a number of occasions this season and recorded impressive performances.
Noted for his cat-like saves and exceptional ability of playing with the use of his feet, Kerrido is presently one of the best keeper in the Congolese championship, all be it in his first season in the country.
The former Unisport and Astre of Douala goalkeeper is also expected to use kits from the company during his activities in the national team.
Kerrido kept goal in all six of Cameroon’s games at the 2020 African Nations Championship early last year in Cameroon, helping the Central Africans to a record fourth place finish at the tournament.
Under-17 Lions of Cameroon goalkeeper Fansu Ismael of AS Fortuna is also kitted by Loxo.
