The head coach of the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon António Conceição Da Silva Oliveira has named Cameroon’s squad of 37 players expected in camp this month for the country’s match-day five and six AFCON qualifiers against Rwanda and Cape Verde.
The Portuguese trainer has had to pick a squad without suspended Andre Onana of Ajax Amsterdam and injured Ambroise Oyongo Bitolo.
The gaffer has recalled PWD’s Haschou and Jean Effala Konguep plying his trade in Nigeria.
Captain Eric Choupo-Moting makes his return after missing the camp just like Yvan Neyou, Franck Bambock and Serge Leuko.
The 37-man squad has five goalkeepers, eleven defenders, ten midfielders and eleven forwards.
Midfielder James Lea Saliki of Stade Rennes in France gets his first invitation to the Cameroon team just like forward Ako Assomo and defender Meyapa Fongain.
