Cameroonian Born, Antoine Max Depadoux Effa is amongst 12 Center referees and 12 assistant Referees have been selected by CAF to officiate games in the upcoming 2019 Under 20 AFCON tournament in Niger.
34 year old Antoine Max currently takes charge of top flight matches in Cameroon and he will be heading to Niger to be the only Cameroonian involved in pitch events in the competition after Cameroon’s men’s team were knocked out by their Malian counterparts in the qualifiers.
This referees will not be aided by the VAR in this competition and so will depend on the their total human efforts to get all their decisions spot on.
