33 year old Cameroonian defender, George Nganyuo Elokobi has left Leyton Orient and penned a deal to join English 5th Division side Aldershot Town FC as a free agent for a deal to run till the end of the season.

Born in Mamfe 33 years ago the Left back who won his first cap for Cameroon in 2011 has been a Journeyman in England where he has played for over 10 clubs at different divisions.

Elokobi enjoyed his best spell in England while playing for Wolverhampton Wonderers between 2008 & 2012. He featured for the club 108 times and tested Premier League Football which amounted to his invitation to the Cameroon National selection.

Elokobi has been handed the jersey number 6 at Aldershot Town FC.

He joined on Tuesday and was handed his chance in the starting XI on Wednesday but they suffered a 3 nil home defeat against Sulihull Moors in his debut.
