Record champions of Cameroon Cotonsport of Garoua have identified Nlend Samuel as a player they will like to have in their ranks next season, kick442.com understands.
The 24 year old Olympic Lion has been at Union Sportive of Douala for a bulk of his career,these days he is the captain of the club and finished last season as the club’s leading scorer with 6 goals in the League 1 championship.
Cotonsport is out in search of more firepower upfront having faulted in the last lapse of the Cameroon League 1 championship last season varsely because of poor finishing.

Kamilou Daouda and Arnaud Sibiri finished as the club’s best two scorers last term. Kamilou got 16 goals in all competitions with his 11 in the League below par for a Cotonsport leading scorer in a season while Sibiri scored just 7 league goals thus justifying the club’s search and interest on the Union Sportive Douala forward.
