On Wednesday 9, Stade Renard of Melong beat Union Sportive of Douala by a whopping 3-1 margin in what was their last friendly game before business as usual when they start their campaign – in the supercup against UMS of Loum.

Former YOSA man Giresse Tamo, Nga Essoue and Keugoue Yamdjeu galloped the 2019 Cameroon cup winners to glory, despite Samuel Nlend’s lone goal for the Nassara Gamakai.

Bertin Ebwelle seems to have breath in some fresh air in the Stade Renard side that had that nightmarish CAF confederations cup shocker, of a campaign.

When Stade Renard squares off with UMS of Loum on October 13, it would not just be for the silverware, but bragging rights aswell – with the two clubs all coming from the Moungo division.
