One of the best Defenders in the last 2 seasons in the Cameroon League one championship Yves Dooh Alain Mokoko could be on his way out of young Sports Academy of Bamenda after seeing out the last year of his contract with the club and getting multiple contacts from multiple clubs in and around the country.
The 28 year old center back was YOSA’s captain in the just ended season and scored twice for the club as he helped YOSA finish in the 4th spot in a very tough Pool B in the abridge League and championship but now looks to have his attention elsewhere.
kick442.com understands CAF Confederation Cup bound Stade Renard of Melong have had a conversation to try to bring player to the Moungo but the player told the online portal that he is still evaluating his options and will decide on where he will play football next season.
“I have enjoyed a lot of good times with YOSA, but one thing is sure a time comes when you have to make career decision on the bases of all factors, now I have a young family and I must analyze all this in making my decision but sooner than later I will look at all the options and make a decision”.
Moukoko became a father earlier this year.
Moukoko has been YOSA leading defender in the last 2 seasons in the League and a move to Melong see him link up with Nkuissi Thomas Legrand who has 5 goals to his name in the last two season like Mokoko.
