“With only five months to the Total Africa Cup of Nations Egypt 2019, I have decided to appoint an administrative General Coordinator to have a stronger administration and a better information flow between the political arm and the administration.
Mouad Hajji’s experience in football and administration will bring the required dynamism to our institution,” Ahmad Ahmad said.
During a meeting with staff, Mouad Hajji thanked the CAF President for the opportunity and confidence reposed in him, whilst assuring staff that his office will remain open towards the development of CAF.
The appointment of Hajji has been approved by the CAF Emergency Committee.
Football in Morocco is on the rise with a lot of investment and dedication towards the development of the game.
Getting a personel from that part of the continent for the top body is arguably a smart move.
