Reigning Chadian champions Elect Sport FC of Ndjamena will play host to defending champions Esperance Sportive du Tunis at the Stade Idriss Mahamat Ouya on Sunday September 15, 2019.

Coached by former Canon Sportive of Yaounde striker Francis Oumar Belonga, The Electricians have a difficult task against the back-to-back reigning champions of the competition.

They booked their place at this stage of the competition by eliminating Gabonese side Cercle Mberi Sportif on a 2-0 aggregate score

The Chadian outfit is in its fourth participation in the competition and has never gone pass this stage.

The six times Chadian league winners will not go down without a fight against the best ranked team in the continent.

Esperance are four times winners of the competition and four times runners-up.

They also have an impressive trophy’s cabinet with 29 league titles and 15 domestic cups.
They were given a bye into this stage of the competition.

This is a tie Moine Chaabani’s men are expected to win without much worries.
