Enyimba International Football Club of Nigeria will be hoping that same luck and result that smiled on Nigeria Under 17 women side, Flamingoes will smile on them as they face Horoya on Sunday, March 8, 2020, in their CAF Confederation Cup Quarter Final return leg fixture.

Enyimba’s official training for the CAF Confederation Cup quarter final, second leg fixture was moved to 7pm on Saturday, March 7, 2020, as the Stade du Septembre 28 was in use for the Guinea vs Nigeria U17 girls match which the Flamingoes emphatically came out victorious 1-6.

Enyimba will hope to come out from a difficult first leg 1-1 scoreline against Horoya of Guinea in Conakry as they attempt to make it to the semi final of the tournament.

Enyimba’s gaffer, Fatai Osho and Usule faced the media in Conakry earlier on Saturday.
Osho: “Any team in our position would remain hopeful, and it’s exactly the same case with us. We’ll give our best”
Usule: “The result in Aba wasn’t favourable to us but we are mentally prepared for the return leg”.

Enyimba will have to defeat Horoya in order to qualify for the semi final. A 1-1 draw will take the game to extra time and possibility of penalty shoot out while a 2-2 scoreline will also see Enyimba progress on away goal rule.
