15 time champions of Cameroon Cotonsport of Garoua have left their base in Garoua.
The Club’s traveling party to Togo are heading to Cameroon’s economic capital Douala which is their departure venue to Togo.
The boys of coach Souleymanou Aboubakar will arrive Douala on Wednesday evening in the Club’s luxurious bus.
The team is expected to leave Cameroon on Thursday morning for Lome – Togo where they will challenge local side FC Unisport of Sokode in the first preliminary stages of the 2020-2021 CAF Confederation cup.
The game is scheduled for Sunday, November 29 at the Stade Kague in Lome Togo.
It will be the first meeting between both sides and an opportunity for Cotonsport to launch her quest to return to the group stage of the CAF interclub competitions after a three year absence.
The return game is scheduled for December 4 at the Roumde Adja stadium in Garoua.
