Speaking to YG fm this morning via a telephone interview on the breakfast sports segment, Mr Mbewe made an emphasis on green eagles to work extra hard and make sure they walk away with K1, 000, 000 million by wining both the Absa cup and the transitional league final.
“Green Eagles have the chance to make history and they could make this a season never forget if they can bug the 1000,000 in the two finals bit first they should make it to the final. They look capable,” said Bwezani
Green eagles take on Zanaco this Saturday the 15th June, 2019 at national heroes stadium in the ABSA Cup semi-final while two Copperbelt based teams lock horns in the names of buildcon and Zesco united.
Bwezani went on to congratulate the whole green eagles team for the team spirit exhibited the entire transitional league as it was so hard to single out one player.
Further he went on to urge Spencer Sautu to show the entire country that he is still the best despite being left out of the COSAFA squad that just won the ended COSAFA tournament that was held in south africa where Zambia beat Malawi, Zimbabwe and botswana to be crowned champions finally.
