Indomitable Lions of Cameroon forward Bryan Mbeumo was on target on Saturday as his Premier League club Brentford whitewashed struggling Manchester Manchester United by 4-0.
Mbeumo scored his side’s fourth goal in a near perfect first-half in an afternoon to forget for the Red Devils.
Took just ten minutes for coach T Frank’s team to get going.
Josh Dasilva opened scores before Mathias Jensen who had assisted the first scored the second goal in the 18th minute.
Ben Mee and Bryan Mbeumo then added the third and fourth goals in the 30th and 35th minutes respectively as Brentford killed the game way before the end of the first half.
The Gtech Community Stadium was already in partying mood at the break.
Though United improved in the second 45 minutes, Brentford organized and content all attacking moves from Erik Ten Hag’s team to earn a four-nil victory in arguably United’s worse ever display in a first 45 minutes of a Premier League.
United have now lost all two Premier League matches under Ten Hag and look like the same Manchester United of the past few years.
