Cameroon League One Championship side, APEJES Mfou and Amateur side Poumie FC currently taking part in the Mfoundi Divisional League have entered 2 year partnership agreement beginning this Thursday 14/01/2019 with mission being to exchange players.
The partnership concerns the transfer of the best young people trained by Poumie FC to APEJES.
The deal was agreed by Manager Ali Lamarre on behalf of Poumie FC and the president León Aimé Zang of APEJES of Mfou.
Both men have worked together in Football for more than 10 years now but without such a convention
Two Poumie FC players are in the current APEJES squad. Last Sunday,coach Sokba of APEJES lined up Donald Onana,a product of Poumie FC against Avion Academy and he gave a good account of himself as APEJES picked up their first win of the season after a 1-2 score.
Adam Poumie, the vision bearer of Foumie FC expressed satisfaction with this mark of recognition and promises maximum professionalism to meet the set objectives.
APEJES created just above a decade ago have recorded huge success so far in players development.
2017 AFCON winner,Franck Boya now of Royal Mouscron came through the club just like former Under 20 Lion captain and current Under 23 Lion captain Samuel Oum Gwet of SCR Altach in Austria with Aime Marcelin Gando and many others in their success story not leaving out the 2016 Cup of Cameroon trophy the club won.
At the end of last season over 7 APEJES Mfou players left Cameroon for Abroad.
