Former Mamelodi Sundowns defender Anele Ngcongca has kicked the bucket following his involvement in a car accident in the KwaZulu-Natal neighborhood in the early hours of this Monday.
The former South Africa international reported died in a car accident at 5:00AM local time in his car barely two weeks after he left Mamelodi Sundowns for Amazulu FC.
The native of Cape Town was still an active footballer before his demise
The right-back also represented French side Troyes and Belgian side KRC Genk between 2015-2016.
Ngcongca won eight trophies in an eighth year career and was a part of the Bafana Bafana set up at some point in his career.
