19-year-old potential Guinean international Braima Embaló Sambú has signed his first professional contract at Portuguese Liga Nos side Belenenses ending speculations about his future.
The Portuguese youth international was courted by Serie A side Atalanta and premier league outfit Burnley but opted to continue in Portugal as he is also studying in the country.
The midfielder made 25 appearances and scoring four goals with the club’s reserves in the just ended season.
The midfielder will continue his development at the Estádio Nacional City Jamor.
The Guinean football federation and the Portuguese FA will hope he develops properly and be one of their own at senior international level.
