Boum Soumlaga in action

Panthère of Nde will have their top scorer in the last two seasons in this afternoon’s clash at home to Colombe of Dja Lobo.

19-year old Under 23 Cameroon international, Boum Soumlaga Junior has been listed in coach Charles Kamdem’s squad to face Colombe.

Boum scored 11 goals last season for Panthère of Nde, he emerged as the club’s lead scorer as they won promotion to the top flight championship.


He has not feature for the club this season as he was abroad for tryouts.

Boum returned to Cameroon earlier this week.

“We are happy to have him and personally I am excited to watch him play, he is a good young player” Captain and goalkeeper Anye Derick told this week.

The former little Foot FC of Tiko forward, is set to make his top flight debut this afternoon. Fans expects Boum to solve Panthère’s problems in front of goal.

The club is the least efficient in front of goal this season.

Panthère of Nde have scored just 5 goals in 12 matches. They can also boast of the best backline in the championship.

11th placed Panthère Nde host 7th placed Colombe Dja this Sunday in a clash of two clubs separated by one point.
