Newly-capped Indomitable Lions of Cameroon center-half Blondon Belanof Meyapya Fongain has told scouts of Algeria clubs that he is having his attention elsewhere as interest in getting the services of the 20-year old increases.
The Under-20 Lions of Cameroon skipper on the books of second tier side Fauve Azur Elite impressed during the recent Under-20 AFCON tournament in Mauritania, earning him a call up and debut for the Cameroon senior selection last month in an AFCON 2021 qualifiers game against Rwanda.
Meyapya has since been a subject of transfer speculations linking him with a number of Clubs.
The sweeper has however rejected contract proposals from an agent who presented the interest of three Algerian Clubs, per kick442.com findings.
It is unclear whether the defender will stay at Fauve Azur Elite beyond the current season.
