Cameroon’s Under 17 Lionesses goalkeeper Bihina Michaely Kyria was one of the goalscorers in their comfortable win over Sao Tome.

The Eclair of Sa’a shot stopper surprised many when she stepped up to take a 65th minute penalty won by Ngo Nkaa Michelle Rosine.

The goalkeeper gave no chance to her opposition colleague Rosa Da Trindada as she put in the top corner to make it four nil for the host.

The 16-year-old keeper’s finish was a joy to watch as displayed by the reactions of her mates who joined her in celebrating the goal.

The goalkeeper finished as vice champion of the 2019 All Africa games with the Under 17 Lionesses of Cameroon and pundits hold she is the next best thing for Women’s football in a country with a great story in the production of goalkeepers.

The Under-17 Lionesses won the game by six goals to nil and 10 goals on aggregate.

Tabe Brenda Ebika scored twice, Elive Larissa, Mbianji Suzie, Ndome Mbelle and Michaely Behina completed the rout.

The Lionesses face Uganda in the next round of the qualifiers.
