Just over two weeks after announcing the signing of Cameroon international Christian Mungang Bassogog, Chinese Super League outfit Shanghai Shenshua have unveiled their latest winger.
The Club presented Bassogog to the media on Monday handing the 25-year old the jersey number 17.
Shanghai Shenshua confirmed the acquisition of the former Lion Blesse of Fortuni speedster in February ending a three-year stay at Henan Jianye.
Bassogog joins compatriot Stephane Mbia at the Club as they continue preparations for the upcoming Chinese Super League season.
The one-time Aalborg forward and 2017 AFCON most valuable player penned a five-year contract at the Club.
The former Bacho-Ntai FC for leaves Henan as a cult hero given his contributions at the Club.
Bassogog is a part of the Cameroon squad pre-selected for their 2021 AFCON qualifiers against Cape Verde Island and Rwanda away at home respectively.
