Cameroon power forward, Luc Mba A Moute has officially reunited with Houston Rockets and is set to make his return in the NBA for the first time in 15 months.

The 2019/2020 NBA season which went on hiatus since March 10th is set to restart on July 30, the NBA’s Board of Governors have approved, with a competitive format for the comeback with 22 teams returning to play established.

Houston Rocket face Dallas Mavericks in their first game on July 31, with the Cameroonian expected to make his return for the Western Conference based club.

The 33-year-old who played 61 games for the Rockets in 2017/2018 has been a free agent for fifteen (15) months.

He suffered from a knee injury after only four (4) games played with Los Angeles Clippers and hasn’t set foot on the court since then.

He was released by Clippers in April 2019.

The 12-year-old NBA veteran player has recorded an average of 6.4 points and 4.1 rebounds in 686 games of which he started 453.

Mbah a Moute helped discover Joel Embiid, and Pascal Siakam.The Yaoundé born basketball talent has previously played for Milwaukee Bucks, Minnesota TimberWolves, Sacremeto Kings and Philadelphia 76ers.
