Belarusian top-flight side FK Minsk are close to securing the services of 20-year old Cameroonian playmaker Awah Saaghi who lastly played for their Cameroonian counterpart Stade Renard FC of Melong during the 2020-2021 season.
The sensational forward noted for his ability go dribble and score goals per his ratios at his previous clubs is set to sign a two-year contract this Saturday in Belarus, per kick442.com sources.
Awah had been at the club for the past two weeks but thee player’s tryout concluded this week, and on a positive note thus indicating sthe possibilty of his becoming a part of the Minsk family.
It is going to be the first contract abroad for the former Racing of Bafoussam and Sims Academy prodigy.
Before now Awah enjoyed three successful seasons in Cameroon, scoring 17 goals and laying 21 across three seasons in stints at Racing in the second tier championship and Stade Renard in the top-flight.
He will join a number of Cameroon footballers in Belarus should the deal happen.
