AS Vita Club of Kinshasa have had their very first training session on Cameroon soil this Thursday at the FECAFOOT Technical Center in Odza Yaounde.
The Congolese giants queued in after the Under 20 Lionesses of Cameroon finished using the facility,Vita guided deputy coach Raoul Shungu began their training session at 5:00 PM Cameroon time.
The 20 men playing staff led by captain and goalkeeper Lukong Nelson Bongaman trained without their head coach Florent Ibenge Ikwange who is reportedly in South Africa for talks with two clubs.
The departure of their manager after 7 years at the club appears not to have any negative impact on the 2018 CAF Confederation Cup runners-up.
