Armel Bella-Kotchap is off the mark in terms of goalscoring as a professional footballer.
The 19-year old potential Indomitable Lions of Cameroon center-half on the books of German second tier side VfL Bochum scored one of his side’s goals in their comfortable win against Eintracht Braunschweig last Sunday.
First-half goals from Armel Bella-Kotchap in the 8th minute and Danilo Soares in the 32nd minute was enough for the host to back all three points in the match-day 21 fixture.
Bella was replaced in the 77th minute of the game with his side already sure the points were in the bag.
The German U-18 international also eligible to represent France and Cameroon by birth and parentage has made 15 Bundesliga II appearances this season.
Armel remains eligible to represent the central African nation his father Cyrille Bella played for.
Bochum are charging towards the Bundesliga as they are second-seeded in the second tier championship 42 points from 21 games same tally with leaders Hamburg SV.
VfL Bochum face Erzgebirge in match-day 22 of the championship this Friday.
