Cameroon forward Anatole Bertrand Abang scored the lone goal of the game for Sheriff Tiraspol, in their 0-1 win over FC Floresti, in match day six of the Moldovan top flight.

He found the back of the net at the 62nd minute of the game, to hand Sheriff a precious away win.

It was the 24-year old native of Yaoundé’s fifth goal of the season in five league appearances.

He is Sheriff’s joint leading goal scorer this season, alongside 26-year-old Colombian forward Frank Castañeda.

Sheriff are now top of the league table after six games, with 18 points after their perfect run of six wins in six.

Anatole Abang joint Sheriff Tiraspol at the beginning of this season from Chinese second tier side Nantong Zhiyun.
