The ex Barcelona and Arsenal footballer has set up a construction company and plans to build flats in home town Douala.
This was seen as he posted pictures on Instagram showcasing his planned apartment block in his home town Douala, captioned “Nokay 17 Residences number two”.
This comes some months after he launched his international school in Douala named Canadian International school and College which boasts of daycare, nursery, primary and secondary.
On his Instagram page he wrote ” I am delighted to have finished this project which was so close to my heart to make my small share of contribution for our beautiful and dear country, I present to you Canadian school.”
It is with all these in mind,that one can really affirm that the ex Arsenal player is setting Foundations for his retirement.
Born in Douala Cameroon, Alex Song has played for Arsenal ,west Ham, Barcelone winning La liga 2012-2013 and Fc Sion where himself and eight others were released in March as they refused a pay cut due to the Covid pandemic.He is presently at AS Arta Solar.
Alexander Song as he is commonly called, scored 10 goals in 204 Arsenal games before ending his stay at the Club in 2012.
