Alain Nseme is set to be named the next coach of Cameroon Elite Two side Unisport of Bafang ahead of the 2022/2023 season.
The trainer’s exit from the Menoua outfit was announced just last week but kick442.com now understands he has been in talks with officials of Unisport of Bafang and could be their next trainer , in replacement of Bep Constantine Solo.
Coach Bep Solo is set to be on his way out of Unisport after just a season in which he guided the club to a third place finish in the Elite 2 championship.
Nseme’s wonderful performances last season helped Aigle finish above Unisport, before helping the team to the top-flight, despite enduring a torrid relationship with some of the fans in the West.
If he signs for Unisport, Nseme, will be returning to familiar territory haven spent the beginning last season at the club.
In the meantime, Atangana Ngandi who was deputy coach of Eding Sport last season is now favourite to fill the vaccum Nseme’s departure created at Aigle. David Pagou who was previously linked to the Aigle job now has other options on the table.
