Former Yong Sports Academy of Bamenda defender who now plays for Foncha Street FC has told kick442.com that his team’s two nil victory against Aigle Royale of the Menoua was very important for him, his teammates and supporters of the team who according to him have been patient for so long.
Foncha Street FC defeated Aigle and it was the first match in which Akosemoh Theodore was played as captain and coincidentally Foncha Street FC won the match.
“The victory is very important to me, my teammates and our supporters who have been patient for so long. It means a lot to me because I held the captain armband for the first time and led my team to victory. It was a memorable day for me”, Akosemoh Theodore told kick442.com
Out of the 6 matches played in the first round of the elite two championship, Akosemoh Theodore has featured in five of them winning one, three draws and a defeat. He has produced a man of the match performance in three different matches.
