The Nigerian football senior team, the Super Eagles camp in Asaba is bubbling as at today as more players arrive.
It was reported that the captain, John Obi Mikel was among the early birds who arrived the team’ camp immediately it was opened.
At a time, the camp had just few players but as the time of filing this report, the number has increased.
The arrival of Francis Uzor and Ihenacho increased the number from 16 to 18
Players like Ahmed Musa, Trost Ekong and five others are still being expected by tomorrow or next.
The Super Eagles play Zimbabwe on June 8 before playing Senegal on June 16 in the two friendlies that will prepare the team for the nations cup taking place in Egypt by June.
According to a statement on the team’s official Twitter handle ”We will be having two training sessions tomorrow, Monday, June 3, 2019. Both sessions at 10am) and 4.45pm)will be open to the media and fans. Venue is the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba.”
