Eager and bearer of a strong ardent desire to qualify for the next round of the African Nations Cup.The Gabonese team have promised a spectacular show out on Sunday as they take on the Stallions of Burkina Faso for the 9th times at the Limbe-Ngeme bout when it clocks 5pm.
Talking during the traditional fifteen minutes pre-match conference to the media, French-born and Panthers head coach Patrice Raymond Neveu had this,
“For us all that matters is ticketing a spot for the next round. We shall do our best to win our game. It’s true playing against the Stallions has always been a hard nut to crack.”
“We were defeated by the Stallions in a friendly, in a game that saw my team playing an average play style. I am not scared of them, we shall take the encounter the same way we had handled the Ghanian and Moroccan clashes”.
“We have no injured players,we thank God for the fact that, we have not witnessed any player tested positive of COVID-19.”
Head Coach Patrice Raymond and squad were subjected to a training session, on Saturday at 5pm , that permitted him to assess his players readiness and wellbeing ahead of the head-to-head clash against Burkina Faso.
