The lead trainer of the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon has released a list of pre-selected 40 players for the 2021 African Nations cup of Nations on home soil.
The trainer has opted for a mix of the usual faces plus a number of returnees including Njie Clinton, Narcisse Nlend, Joyskim Dawa, Samuel Kotto plus John Mary.
The trainer has opted to name four debutants viz; defenders Ebosse Enzo of Montpelier and Sacha Boey of Galatasaray plus forwards Kevin Olivier Soni who has been in inspiring form for Greek Super League side Asteras Tripolis and US based striker Jeremy Ebobisse Ebolo of Major League Soccer San Jose Earthquakes.
Paul Georges Ntep also form a part of the players who are in the mix for the first time in a while.

The trainer is expected to trim the list to 32 in the days ahead as the host prepare for the start of the AFCON on January 9.
Cameroon is in group A of the 24 nations tournament alongside Burkina Faso, Cape Verde Islands and Ethiopia.
The Indomitable Lions are five times champions of the continent and are bookmakers outsider in this four weeks event.
