The Gabonese Senior national football team has been fined a 20,000 USD for bridging the CAF regulations and directives within the framework of the African Cup of Nations.
Arsenal’s Pierre Emerick Aubameyang and entire team on January 6th of upon arrival in Yaounde nation’s political capital of Cameroon allegedly went against CAF instructions and changed their hotel with out Permission from CAF.
Initially attributed the Yaounde Hotel la Falaise five Star Hotel as resident, the Gabonese had relocated at the Star line Hotel situated in the Diplomatic neighborhood of Bastos.
The CAF Disciplinary Board found the Gabonese guilty and had to imposed a huge fined as a sanction following the unethical behavior.
After picking a controversial draw against the Black Stars of Ghana, the Panthers have began bracing up with training at the Military stadium ahead of their head-to-head clash against the Atlas lions of Morocco on six points.
