At the the press conference of the game against Guinea in the African Cup of Nations, Gernot Rohr has hinted on Nigerian star, Odion Ighalo’s availability.

The Nigerian Gaffer said the striker was fit and ready to go against Guinea.

While speaking to the press, He said: “Ighalo is very fit now and will start the game (against Guinea)”

The goal pocher in the last game for the Eagles scored a beauty as they piped Burundi 1-0.

Odion Jude Ighalo remains Rohr’s favourite and his fit condition gives him the edge to start ahead of Paul Onuachu against Guinea.

The Nigerian striker who plies his trade in China was the highest goal scorer in the African Cup of Nations qualifiers with seven goals.
