Comoros Islands head coach Amir Abdou has announced a 23 man squad to face Cameroon in their last AFCON qualifier game on Saturday 23rd March 2019 in Yaounde. The players selected by the head coach is without the hero in the reversed fixture and Partizan Belgrade forward,El Fardou Mohamed Ben Nabouhane.
The striker opened scores within 15 minutes for the Comoros when the 2 sides met in September 2018.he has been in fine-form with his Serbian Club Partizan Belgrade, El Fardou has scored 20 goals in 29 appearances this season making him the main man in the Comoros team.
Unfortunately for the striker and his coach he won’t be available for the Comoros when they face Cameroon because of accumulation of bookings. Fardou is thus suspended,his picked colleagues will have to do the job for him and country if they want to beat Cameroon and claim the second qualification ticket from Pool B.
Cameroon forward Toko Ekambi is also suspended for this game.
