Benin Republic exacerbate another major AFCON upset after Madagascar defeated Nigeria by shocking one of the favorite, Morocco on penalties to qualify for her first AFCON Quarter final.

Adilehou 53rd minute goal gave Benin the lead before En-Nesyri Equalised for Morocco in the 75th minute.
There was a late drama when Benin captain Sesegnon fouled Hakimi in the penalty area as the referee points to the spot in stoppish time for Morocco penalty. Ziyach spot kick hit the bar to take the game into extra time with the scoreline at 1-1.

Benin Adenon was sent off for his second yellow card in the 97th minute.
With both teams not scoring after 120 minutes, the game went into penalties.

Youssef En-Nesyri (Morocco) missed one of the spot kick as hisleft footed shot saved in the bottom left corner.
Mama Seibou (Benin) converts the last penalty kick with a right footed shot to the bottom left corner.
Benin Republic triumph 4-1 on penalties to wait the winner between Senegal and Uganda in the quarter final.
