Besiktas forwards Vincent Aboubakar and Georges Kevin N’Koudou were on target this Sunday as his Turkish side Besiktas inflicted a four-nil defeat on Belediyespor Erzurumspor of Adolphe Teikeu Kamgang and Olivier Boumal.
The Cameroon descent forwards started upfront and paid back the trust from their trainer in style.
Both sides failed to score from their multiple chances in the first-half of the game but Aboubakar and his Besiktas mates improved in the second segment.
Aboubakar opened scoring for Istanbul in the 59th minute from a well-taken spot-kick.
Four minutes later, N’Koudou scored the second for the host.
Croatian defender Domagoj Vida scored the third goal for Besiktas in the 69th minute and Aboubakar completed his brace in the 71st minute scoring the fourth for Besiktas.
The game ended on a four-nil score in favor of Besiktas.
Aboubakar lasted 81 minutes while N’Koudou was replaced in the 73rd minute of the game.
Besiktas are currently ranked fourth on the log with 22 points from 12 games.
Aboubakar’s match winning performance with two goals takes his season tally to eight goals and he is the Turkish Super Lig lead scorer with eight goals from ten games in the championship this term.
