The Volleyball Lionesses of Cameroon have beaten host Morocco 3 sets to zero, in a semi final of the volleyball competition in the All African games.

The African Champions proved too strong and too good, and were unfazed by the home crowd rallying behind Morocco. Christelle Nana and her teammates swept the first set 25_16, before breaking down a tough challenge from Morocco, in the second set, as they won 25_20.

The third set looked simple and straight forward, as the lionesses stamped their authority, win with a 15 points different, 25#10.

The win means Cameroon will again be facing Kenya in the finals of a major women’s continental competition, for the third time running in the last two years.

Kenya defeated Nigeria 3#0 in the first semi-final game,
1st set: 25-21
2nd set: 25-16
3rd set: 25-11

Kenya defeated Cameroon 3#1 four days ago in the group stage of the competition, and will be looking forward to revenge two consecutive final defeats they have suffered from Cameroon.

In the bronze medal game, Morocco will clash with Nigeria.
