After weeks of proving himself, Cameroon’s Roan Nogha has joined Finnish first division club AC Oulu from N’Kufo Sports Academy based in Cameroon. The deal sees the player join on a one and a half year contract.
Sports Director Markus Heikkinen said Roan is a dynamic and well-skilled player who will only get better with more opportunities that come his way.
The 18-year-old Nogha is racing to do after his first professional contract. “I am pleased to be able to start my football career at AC Oulu. I want to thank the coaches and backroom staff who have made it possible to join the team and have become part of the club,” the Central Midfielder, Roan Nogha said, as reported by the clubs official account.
“This is a great opportunity for me to develop as a player and show what I can do on the field.”
Before signing his first contract, Roan Nogha had been training with AC Oulu and has even taking part in practice training matches and one reserve game. “Oulu is a small and charming city, but at the moment it is really cold. Even though I haven’t been here in a long time, I feel like good things have already happened, as I have gotten well into the team. All in all, I have a great time here.”
