Egyptian Premier League big spenders Pyramids SC have completed the signing of 27-year old Burkina Faso midfielder Ibrahim Blati Touré.
The 2021 Africa Cup of Nations star who has backed home three man of the match awards so far has joined the Cairo outfit on a 18-months deal plus an option for extension.
Blati joins from Swedish outfit AFC Eskilstuna for an undisclosed fee, becoming the second Burkina Faso player on the books of the club.
Pyramids SC are stretening ahead of the new season in the CAF Champions League which starts in a fortnight with games against Zanaco, Sfaxien and Al Ahli in the offing.
The former Rayo Vallecano, Evian, Omonia and Cordoba midfielder returns to the continent at his prime.
Born in Bouake-Ivory Coast, Blati pledged his international career to the Stallions of Burkina Faso in 2017; he has gone on to win 16 caps for the West African nation.
Blati has represented French, Swedish, Spanish, Cypriot and Portuguese clubs in a globetrotting career.
