2019 African cup of Nations winner and Algeria International goalkeeper Raïs_Mbolhi has signed a new deal to keep him at the Club till the summer of 2023.
The Club took to its official handles on Friday to announce they had reached an agreement former CSKA Sofia and Slavia Sofia net minder joined the Club in 2018 from French side Rennes and has been impressive this term featuring in 14 Saudi Pro League matches.
The new deal means the fine keeper who began his career at Racing Paris in 1995 will play into his 40s thus extending his globetrotting football career to 28 years.
The former France international at youth category has represented 14 clubs in an unforgettable career that has seen him win the AFCON in 2019 and the Scottish Premier League with Hearts Midlothian during the 2005-2006 season.
Considered one of the best of his generation Mbolhi will forever be remembered for his exploits during the 2019 AFCON as he scooped the goalkeeper of the tournament award en route to making Algeria win their second Continental crown.
